How It Works

Our Handyman Service Process

No guessing. No chasing. No surprises mid-job. Here's exactly how the process works from first contact to completed repairs.

01

You Submit a Request

Use the estimate request form to describe what needs fixing. List each repair item separately — the more specific, the better. Include your address, preferred timing, and whether anything is urgent. Photos of the repair areas are strongly recommended.

Tip: Submitting photos with your request typically results in faster, more useful responses.

02

C&P Reviews and Confirms Scope

C&P reviews your request to confirm which items fit handyman scope, which might need a licensed specialist, and whether any additional information is needed before scheduling. If photos would help clarify scope, we may ask for them before proceeding.

You'll know clearly what we can handle and what we can't — before anyone shows up.

03

We Respond with Clear Information

You get a direct response: which jobs fit handyman scope, what to expect in terms of timing and next steps, and whether anything on your list needs a different type of contractor. No vague responses — we give you useful information.

We respond as quickly as possible during business hours.

04

Schedule the Visit

Once scope is confirmed, we schedule a time that works for you. You'll have a clear expectation of what we're coming to do, what you should have ready, and approximately how long it will take.

Have paint info, fixture models, or other material details ready if relevant to your repairs.

05

We Show Up and Do the Work

C&P arrives on time, ready to work. Surface protection is used where needed. If anything unexpected comes up — a repair that turns out to be more involved than it appeared — we stop and communicate before proceeding, not after.

You won't get a bigger bill at the end without a conversation during the job.

06

Cleanup and Completion

When the work is done, C&P cleans up, confirms each item was addressed, and walks through the results with you. If any item needs a follow-up or a different contractor, that gets communicated clearly.

No mess left behind. If anything isn't right, say so before we leave.
